专利说明:
[0001] The present invention refers to a burglary-preventing system.
[0002] In general, the present invention refers to devices for handling to opening and/or closing gates, doors and windows, to limit the opening of windows, braking devices, stops or pads, combined with sliding windows.
[0003] Moreover, the present invention refers to electric control mechanisms for windows which use electric actuators, rotary electric motors for sliding windows actuated by thrusting mechanisms, for example, flexible or rigid devices of rack and pinion.
[0004] In particular, the present invention refers to burglary-preventing devices, locks, connections aimed for sliding elements, systems for closing and locking motored devices for bulkheads, doors, winding elements and the like.
[0005] The prior art is given by EP-B1-1643064 dealing with a sliding window for a vehicle, in particular a motor vehicle, comprising a fixed component, wherein a mobile pinion is supported sliding and a mobile component, wherein a rack engages the pinion. The rack is made as a toothed cam, the mobile component mobile being substantially aligned with the fixed component in the position for closing the sliding window. The fixed component has one or more grooved guides for pins present on the moving component. The dragged pinion is supported rotating in the guide, while the toothed cam has a section for moving the mobile component along the fixed component and a section for moving the mobile component in the closed position.
[0006] Patent EP-B1-1643064 solves the problem of blocking the movement of a window through a toothed cam which allows moving the mobile component when it is in the closed position.
[0007] However, the adopted solution comprises a toothed cam which can be made with difficulty and a series of additional components which make the adopted solution complex.
[0008] Moreover, the motor or motor reducer must be of a special type to be able to guarantee a self-braking function.
[0009] In spite of these efforts, there remain the need of improving the burglary-preventing function, through a cheap, simple and efficient solution.
[0010] Object of the present invention is solving the above prior art problems, by providing a burglary-preventing system capable of blocking the mobile parts of an opening/closing system without having to use additional elements, such as notches or motored stops.
[0011] A further object is providing a burglary-preventing system which adopts an intermediate mobile element, between fixed frame and mobile closing element, without having to use a self-braking motoring.
[0012] A further object is providing a burglary-preventing system which allows reducing the number of components necessary for making a burglary-preventing device, to be able to contain the mechanical play between the moving parts.
[0013] The above and other objects and advantages of the invention, as will result from the following description, are obtained with a burglary-preventing system, as claimed in claim 1. Preferred embodiments and non-trivial variations of the present invention are the subject matter of the dependent claims.
[0014] It is intended that all enclosed claims are an integral part of the present description.
[0015] It will be immediately obvious that numerous variations and modifications (for example related to shape, sizes, arrangements and parts with equivalent functionality) can be made to what is described, without departing from the scope of the invention, as appears orm the enclosed claims.
[0016] The present invention will be better described by some preferred embodiments thereof, provided as a non-limiting example, with reference to the enclosed drawings, in which:Figure 1 shows an axonometric view of a first configuration of an embodiment of the burglary-preventing system according to the present invention; Figure 2 shows an enlarged part II of the previous Figure; Figure 3 shows a partial front view of the first configuration of an embodiment of the burglary-preventing system according to the present invention; Figure 4 shows a section along line IV-IV of the previous Figure; Figure 5 shows a section along line V-V of Figure 3; Figure 6 shows an axonometric view of a second configuration of an embodiment of the burglary-preventing system according to the present invention; Figure 7 shows an enlarged part VII of the previous Figure; Figure 8 shows a partial front view of the second configuration of an embodiment of the burglary-preventing system according to the present invention; Figure 9 shows a section along line IX-IX of the previous Figure; Figure 10 shows a section along line X-X of Figure 8; Figure 11 shows an axonometric view of a third configuration of an embodiment of the burglary-preventing system according to the present invention; Figure 12 shows an enlarged part XII of the previous Figure; Figure 13 shows a partial front view of the third configuration of an embodiment of the burglary-preventing system according to the present invention; Figure 14 shows a section along line XIV-XIV of the previous Figure; Figure 15 shows a section along line XV-XV of Figure 13; Figure 16 shows a partial front view of any configuration of an embodiment of the burglary-preventing system according to the present invention; Figure 17 shows a section along line XVII-XVII of the previous Figure; Figure 18 shows an axonometric view of a first component of an embodiment of the burglary-preventing system according to the present invention; Figure 19 shows an axonometric view of a second component of an embodiment of the burglary-preventing system according to the present invention; and Figure 20 shows an axonometric view of a third component of an embodiment of the burglary-preventing system according to the present invention.
[0017] With reference to Figures 1, 6 and 11, it is possible to note that a burglary-preventing system 1 according to the present invention comprises at least one mobile motored door which slides between an open position and a closed position, and vice versa.
[0018] Advantageously, the motored sliding door comprises a first frame 10 and a second frame 20 connected to a reference frame 30, in order to make an irreversible kinematism, at least in the closed position, in case of anomalous forcing of the motored sliding door.
[0019] With reference to Figures 5, 10, 15 and 20, it is possible to note that the reference frame 30 comprises guiding means formed of a rectilinear section 31 ending with an inclined section 32 respectively, to allow the first frame 10 to slide from the open position till next to the closed position, and to laterally move till the closed position.
[0020] With reference to Figures 4, 9 and 19, it is possible to note that the second frame 20 comprises dragging means formed of a guide with an inclined dragging section 21, to allow the first frame 10 to laterally move, while the second frame 20 slides from the open position to the closed position.
[0021] With reference to Figures 14 and 19, it is possible to note that such inclined dragging section 21 ends with a non-inclined dragging section 22, to not allow the first frame 10 to laterally move, while the second frame 20 slides from the closed position to a locking position.
[0022] In particular, when the second frame 20 is placed at any level, between the closed position and the locking position, the first frame 10 remains locked in the closed position, in case of anomalous forcing of the motored sliding door.
[0023] With reference to the Figures, it is possible to note that sliding elements 2 are included, with respect to the second frame 20 and to the reference frame 30. Moreover, such sliding elements 2 move along both the rectilinear section 31 ending with the inclined section 32, and the inclined dragging section 21 ending with the non-inclined dragging section 22.
[0024] With reference to Figures 17 and 18, it is possible to note that such sliding elements 2 are connected to the first frame 10 through respective pins 11.
[0025] With reference to the Figures, it is possible to note that an actuator is included, formed of at least one motor 3 connected to a transmission element 4, to be able to move the second frame 20.
[0026] In particular, the motor 3 comprises a pinion rotating with respect to the reference frame 30.
[0027] The transmission element 4 comprises a rack integral with the second frame 20.
[0028] With reference to Figure 18, it is possible to note that the first frame 10 is composed of a wall 12 for closing a passage delimited by the reference frame 30.
[0029] With reference to Figure 20, it is possible to note that the reference frame 30 is composed of at least one pair of grooved rods on which the sliding elements 2 move.
[0030] With reference to Figure 19, it is possible to note that the second frame 20 is composed of at least one pair of slotted rods on which the sliding elements 2 move, and comprising sliding guides 5 with respect to the reference frame 30.
[0031] The burglary-preventing system according to the present invention could belong to a product-delivering device.
[0032] In the same way, the burglary-preventing system according to the present invention could belong to: a rigid or winding translating gate; a sliding device for doors and windows; a sliding device for vehicle windows, in particular motor vehicle windows.
[0033] The burglary-preventing system of the present invention allows obtaining the pre-set objects.
[0034] The burglary-preventing system is composed of a door only composed of two frames connected to a fixed frame, solving the problem of having to use additional elements, such as notches or motored stops.
[0035] The motor used for opening and closing the door does not require particular features, due to an irreversible kinematic mechanism, avoiding to use a self-braking motoring.
[0036] The solution of an irreversible kinematic mechanism does not imply the addition of necessary components to make a burglary-preventing device: in this way the number of connected components is reduced to three frames, without stops, with a reduced mechanical play.
[0037] Moreover, the burglary-preventing system is universal, being able to be used in various technologic sectors.
[0038] A first example is given by dispensers of products, foodstuff or not, wherein a door is required equipped with a burglary-preventing system to avoid its forcing by acting on the door itself.
[0039] A further example is given by the whole automotive sector, in particular for sliding windows equipped with burglary-preventing safety.
[0040] A further example is given by sliding doors and windows, in particular in the household sector.
[0041] All the mentioned examples have an intrinsic advantage given by the chance of neutralizing the irreversibility, if it is necessary to make a door easy to be opened, for example following a road accident or in case of fires in a house. In fact, the system is irreversible in case of forcing of only its first mobile frame, while the forcing of the second mobile frame does not create such irreversibility. It is enough to enable a user, from inside a vehicle or a house, to intervene manually, for example, through a mechanical lever applied onto the second mobile frame, to be able to leave the vehicle or house without efforts.
